Well, it’s been an unusual year for sure. It’s not been without its challenges, but we are delighted that at Eaglet we were able to adapt to the social distancing rules throughout 2020 whilst still being able to deliver our services to our clients.
We took everything online digitally, working from our home office and managed to ensure all of our clients were kept on their ISO path. We helped clients from Belfast to Reading, from Hull to Cambridge and even ‘popped’ over to Gibraltar, all from the comfort of our home! We even had our first ever fully digital client, who joined us in the first few weeks of lockdown and for whom the whole ISO consultancy process was delivered online from Gap Analysis to full UKAS Certification.
As ISO incorporates so many industries and sectors, we are fully aware of the difficulties that 2020 has posed for so many businesses and we sincerely hope that the year hasn’t been too traumatic for those of you reading this article.
Covid-19 impacted Eaglet in other ways as well, with Director Wayne Pearce having his brain surgery postponed due to the high Covid levels where we live. We’re keeping our fingers crossed that it will go ahead in the New Year. We’d like to thank all our clients and colleagues for their well wishes – it has been so truly appreciated.
May we wish you a safe and peaceful Christmas and hopes for a kind and prosperous 2021.
Wayne & Jo Pearce
