CONSULTANCY
Here at Eaglet Business Systems Ltd, we believe firmly that all ISO Management Systems should work with ease and without fuss. When instructing our Consultancy service, we will do all the ISO work for you whilst writing an ISO system that is tailored to your business and your needs.
We will:
- Create ISO templates compliant with the relevant ISO standard(s)
- Conduct in-depth analysis to ensure we have a total ISO understanding of your business
- Produce your ISO Management System in your agreed format
- Conduct audits and ensure the smooth running of the ISO Management System
- Prepare your company for, and attend, the assessment certification visit
We ensure:
- Your time investment is kept to a minimum
- That you have a designated EBS consultant for the duration of the ISO implementation project
COACHING
Our Coaching services offers a similar approach to our Consultancy service but with Coaching we teach and coach you to write your own ISO system. Many clients favour this approach as it enables a complete understanding of the entire ISO process and can be more cost effect for some budgets.
We will:
- Provide you with basic ISO templates relevant to which ISO standard(s) you are working towards
- Provide you with comprehensive guidance and support to ensure you know how to create and manage your ISO Management System
We ensure:
- Your financial investment is kept to a minimum
- That you have a designated EBS consultant for the duration of the ISO implementation project
AUDITING
Our auditing service can be a combination of any or all of the following:
- Initial ‘Gap Analysis’ audit by a IRCA qualified auditor of existing processes
- Internal audits by a qualified auditor
- Pre-certification mock assessment to establish certification readiness
We ensure:
- That all audits are conducted by qualified and experienced EBS personnel
- We will provide you with a comprehensive report of the compliance levels of your existing management system
TRAINING: E-GLET
Eaglet Business Systems Ltd training division, E-GLET, is proud to launch a new suite of group workshops and one on one training which allows organisations to complete the implementation and documentation stage of an ISO Management System. Once completed, these workshops will leave organisations with enough knowledge to operate their new ISO Management System leading to internal audit and Management review.
Delivered via Zoom or Teams, these group-based workshops or one on one sessions will take a representative from an organisation through the various sections of the several ISO standards. Companies can work towards either one, two, three, four or five ISO standards, choosing from either ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO22301, ISO27001 and/or ISO45001.
The sessions will cover:
Session 1) The strategic management elements of the standards, the creation of a Management System policy, the company’s organisation chart as well as all appropriate processes and supporting documentation.
Session 2) The risks to and opportunities for the business, the legal and other regulatory requirements that are applicable to the business along with the establishment of some key performance indicators and planning for change. This session is repeated for each additional standard that the business is working towards.
Session 3) In this session all support processes including resources, competencies, awareness of what is ISO, communication and documentation is covered.
Session 4) Here we address the operational processes of the business – i.e. what the business actually does in operating the standards. As with session 2 this session is repeated for each additional standard that the business is working towards.
Session 5) In this final implementation session we look at how to check compliance through the monitoring and measurement of the key performance indicators set out in session 3, internal auditing and a review of the whole standard(s). The final section puts the processes in place to find and then correct any errors within the operation of the Management System (non-conformities) and to prove improvement.
The workshops will be delivered by our ISO expert Wayne Pearce and will include complimentary use of the ISO online software platform ISOAIMS for the duration of the workshops.
Costs are much lower than normal face to face or 121 consultancy and are structured as follows:
