NLT achieve ISO9001 accreditation during Lockdown!

NLT electrical services were all set to start ISO9001 with Eaglet just as COVID-19 Lockdown was announced in England. Unable to meet face to face, Wayne took to Zoom and successfully managed to digitally guide NLT through their ISO journey.

Here’s what they had to say:

Zoe Wheeler is the Managing Director of NLT Electrical. They’ve recently successfully gained ISO 9001 UKAS Accreditation.

She said: “We started the ISO process some time ago, but we were originally using a consultant who literally gave us loads of templates, the software and essentially left us to it. For someone who’s never done ISO before it was really overwhelming, and that approach just didn’t work for us.

“We then bought Wayne Pearce in from Eaglet Business Systems and the difference was immeasurable. He was so professional, understanding and really laid back which helped us massively. Obviously because of Covid-19 we couldn’t meet face to face, so we’ve done everything via Zoom and I’m absolutely delighted that we gained accreditation with no major or minor nonconformities which is something we’re really proud of.

“It was a personal target of mine to achieve the status, so I am genuinely pleased. For the business it means we get to stand out from our competition as not many electrical companies have accreditation so I am really hopeful that it will lead to us winning even bigger contracts.

Zoe added: “Eaglet were fantastic to work with. Wayne was patient, calm and always on hand to help us make sense of things, nothing was ever too much trouble and I can’t recommend them highly enough.”
